What's it all about?

The Pride of Workmanship and Community Service Awards dinner will be held on Wednesday the 11th of June 2022.

Who is it for

The award is designed to acknowledge volunteers or employees, irrespective of age or vocation, who, in the eyes of their employers, display outstanding qualities in terms of approach, attitude, dedication and commitment, to their jobs.

What is it for

The Award is intended to cover all aspects of work performance and ethics, inclusive of quality and quantity of output, safety, initiative, sense of responsibility, etc.

What is the prize

Pride of Workmanship is not a competition and there are no winners. It is a recognition of individual achievement and commitment. It is also anticipated that there would only be one recipient per year from each organization.

WHY DO WE DO IT

The community Service Award is designed to recognise people in the South wairarapa Community who provide exceptional levels of service and commitment to our community.

WHERE IS IT HAPPENING

The awards will be presented at a special 'Pride of Workmanship Awards' function to be held at the South Wairarapa Workingmens' Club in Greytown
